* What is your Post and Packing charge?

Our post and packing charge for standard items within the UK mainland is now £5.95 for all items under 25kg. Postage and Packing charge for standard items to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands is £15.95.

* How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Providing your item is in stock our standard delivery is within 10 working days, unless your are advised otherwise at the time of ordering. If an item is out of stock we will let you know an approximate date and notify you when it is ready for delivery, but please allow 5-8 weeks.

*What is your Returns Policy?

* What is your Privacy Policy?

* How will my order be delivered?

Depending on the size and weight of your order it will either be sent by UPS Couriers or Royal Mail Parcelforce.

* Will someone need to sign for the delivery?

Yes, a signature will be required. If you are worried that you will not be in to receive your parcel then please choose a different delivery address, work maybe or a friends house, or a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery with the courier.

*Do we ship abroad?

We do have the facility to ship items overseas, *But please contact us at mail@bloomsburyhomeandgarden.co.uk with the items you would like to order and your delivery address and we will email you with a shipping quote.

* I have received a damaged product what should I do?
