Delivery Policy

Despatch

After you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. If the product ordered is in stock we will guarantee to process and despatch all orders within 10 working days. If the product ordered is not in stock you will be contacted.
*Please Note: Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays are not working days.
If you have not received your goods within 15 working days after your order has been despatched please contact us via email with your order number.

Returns

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods sent, must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement. We will either refund or exchange the item and also refund you the cost for returning the item back to us.
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason,  provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return, provded the goods are received unopened and unused and will credit your account immediately upon rceipt. A £5 administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

Weare not responsible for errors made by our delivery companies.

We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due tocustomer error.
